  1. Biography: Rick Baker

    Richard (Rick) Baker is general manager, Lincoln China. He is responsible for introducing and growing the Lincoln brand there. Lincoln products will be launched in China during the second half of 2014.

    Kevin Cour, Sales and Service Operations Manager, Lincoln, is responsible for developing an excellent relationship between Lincoln and its dealers.

  4. Biography: Scott Tobin

    Scott Tobin, Director, Lincoln Product Development, is a seasoned executive with extensive international experience. Having specialized in many areas of vehicle development and quality control throughout his career, Tobin’s globetrotting began in 1997 in Japan working with Mazda in Powertrain Engineering. In 1999, Tobin moved to Germany for Ford of Europe, where he contributed to the development of global C-car programs. In 2001, he was promoted to chief engineer of powertrain applications for Ford of Europe, which took him to England.

    Matt VanDyke, Director, Global Lincoln, is using his marketing prowess to re-establish the brand as a luxury leader.
  6. Biography: Max Wolff

    Max Wolff is the director of Design at Lincoln. He has responsibility for overseeing the development of four all-new Lincoln vehicles in the next four years, including the 2013 Lincoln MKZ. The subtle and distinctive design language of this new vehicle embodies his team’s work in bringing to life the brand’s vision to move away from traditional luxury design symbols and overly complex shapes in favor of vehicles that are distinctive, warm, rich and intentionally restrained. Wolff has 16 years of global automotive design experience and joined Lincoln in January 2011.
