FORDLiive - Connected Uptime System

The new FORDLiive connected uptime system is designed to help Ford commercial vehicle operators increase their productivity – the first step in Ford’s ambition to deliver 100 per cent operating uptime. Delivered free-of-charge for all connected Ford commercial vehicles – of which there will be 1 million by mid-2022 – the system uses real-time vehicle data to help customers run and maintain their vehicles, reduce breakdowns, enable fewer time-consuming visits to dealer workshops and achieve quicker servicing and repair times. FORDLiive enables Smart Maintenance, allowing scheduling of servicing at the most efficient time and helping customers monitor and manage vehicle health, supported by FORDLiive Centres to help Ford’s network of 800 Transit Centre dealers identify and resolve problems as quickly as possible.
