Dave Webb is Vice President, Treasurer, Ford Motor Company, effective January 1, 2019. Webb is responsible for the Company’s global treasury strategy and operations. He reports to John Lawler, Ford’s Chief Financial Officer.
From June 2017 to December 2018, Webb served as Assistant Treasurer for Ford and had responsibility for Ford’s global Capital Markets, Banking, Capital Strategy, Affiliate Finance, Risk Management, and Treasury Operations functions. Prior to this, Webb was Director of Funding and was responsible for Ford and Ford Credit’s global funding programs and issuance strategy. This included public term issuance across both the unsecured and asset backed securitization markets as well as managing Ford Credit’s unsecured commercial paper and private financing programs.
Webb was previously the Director of Risk Management and was responsible for developing the strategy and overseeing implementation of Ford and Ford Credit’s global financial risk management and corporate insurance activities. He was also the Director of Financial Strategy and had responsibility for the development of Ford Credit's global capital, funding, and liquidity strategies. Since joining Ford in 2003, Webb has held various other positions in Financial Strategy, Funding, Risk Management and Affiliate Finance.
Webb earned a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College (Magna Cum Laude) and an M.B.A. in Finance (with Distinction) from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. He lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his wife and two daughters.
