Vice President, Human Resources, Ford of Europe and Middle East and Africa

Donya Urwin is the Vice President of Human Resources for Ford of Europe and Middle East and Africa and was appointed to this position in July 2014. In this role, she is responsible for leading all human resources initiatives and service activities in the region.

Prior to this assignment she was based in Detroit, USA where she led the HR Business Operations for global marketing, sales, service and communications across Ford Motor Company worldwide.

Previously, Donya was Vice-President, Human Resources, Ford South Africa, based in Pretoria.  Throughout her career with Ford, Donya has held a variety of human resource positions in various regions/organizations, including Ford of Britain, Ford of Europe and Jaguar Land Rover.  She joined Ford in 2001 from Marks and Spencer PLC, a large UK retailer where she held a variety of senior management positions.

Donya was born and grew up in the north of England. She is a Psychology graduate.
