Daniel Justo is vice president, Ford Customer Service Division, effective Oct. 1. In this role, Justo leads the team handling parts, services, accessories and vehicle customization for Ford dealers and customers around the world. He reports to Andrew Frick, president, Ford Blue and FCSD, and interim leader of Ford Pro.

Previously, Justo was chief financial officer, Ford Blue, where he led the finance functions for Ford’s ICE, hybrid and manufacturing segment. He has also served in various roles at Ford, including as president, Ford South America and, before that, as chief financial officer, Ford South America, overseeing the turnaround of Ford’s business in the region. Justo’s decades-long career at Ford began in the treasury department of Ford Credit in 1997.

Justo earned a bachelor’s degree business administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in Sao Paolo and a master’s degree in finance from The Insper Institute of Education and Research.
