Dearborn, Mich., Oct. 5, 2015 – Ford has been named one of the world’s more valuable brands for 2015 according to Interbrand, the world’s leading brand consultancy. In the Best Global Brands study released today, Ford ranked 38 of 100, up one position from 2014. The study cited Ford’s financial performance, the role the brand plays in the purchase decision process and the strength the brand has to command a premium price. Ford’s brand value was estimated at $11,578 million, an increase in value of 6 percent from last year.
