DEARBORN, Mich., March 29, 2018 – Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) today published its 2018 Proxy Statement and announced the date for the company’s Virtual Annual Meeting. In addition, Ford published its 2017 Annual Report highlighting its progress toward becoming the world’s most trusted mobility company.
Ford’s 2018 Proxy Statement outlines four company proposals, including the election of 14 directors. In addition, there are four shareholder proposals. Compensation details for the company’s Named Executive Officers are also included.
For the second year, Ford will conduct its annual meeting of shareholders in a virtual format. The Virtual Annual Meeting will take place at 8:30 a.m. EDT on Thursday, May 10, enabling shareholders to listen, vote and submit questions virtually by logging in at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/FORD2018.
Broadridge Financial Solutions, the financial services technology firm that will once again help facilitate the meeting, has been working with companies to conduct virtual annual meetings since 2009. In 2018, Broadridge anticipates at least 300 companies will host virtual annual meetings, up from four in 2009.
