Andrew Frick

Andrew Frick, Director, Sales and Service Operations, Lincoln, is responsible for developing an excellent relationship between Lincoln and its dealers.

Lincoln has more than 900 dealers in the United States. From this group, a select 32 will be Lincoln Black Label dealers, who will cater to clients on an individual level and provide a level of service as unique as the vehicles they are selling.

Frick previously served as Group Marketing Manager, Lincoln, leading the development and implementation of Lincoln brand strategy. 

He oversaw product marketing, retail strategy and marketing communications for all Lincoln vehicles. 

Lincoln is introducing four new products in four years. Creating awareness of the brand through exceptional products and client experiences is at the heart of making Lincoln a credible competitor in the luxury market. To do so, the automaker hopes to appeal to a younger, affluent, progressive luxury consumer.  

Before his roles at Lincoln, Frick was Ford Export and Growth’s General Manager for the Asia Pacific, Caribbean and Central America regions provides a solid foundation for his role at Lincoln as the brand expands in China.

During his time at E&G, Frick was responsible for sales, marketing, parts and service, the retail network and customer satisfaction performance in nearly 50 countries.

Frick started his career with Ford Motor Company in 1995. During his tenure, Frick has served in numerous regional management positions supporting the Ford and Lincoln brands in the New York, Orlando, Southwest and Boston regions.

He also spent time in various sales and marketing positions such as National Contests and Incentives Coordinator, Red Carpet Lease Manager, East Coast Franchising Manager, and Advanced Product Marketing Manager.

Frick is a graduate of Villanova University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Finance. He also holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, where he was a student in the Executive MBA program.
