Kelley Clark, chief program engineer for the Lincoln Aviator, is responsible for overseeing the engineering and overall business of the brand’s 3-row SUV.
Clark came to Ford as part of the Ford College Graduate program, learning the basics of working in a large company through various engineering rotations. Clark took an educational leave to attend the London Business School and returned to Ford shortly thereafter.
Prior to her role as chief program engineer for Aviator, Clark served in a number of roles within Ford Motor Company, including vehicle engineering manager, vehicle integration chief and SUV segment chief.
“I am delighted to join our skilled and passionate Lincoln team,” Clark said. “Working on Aviator has given me the opportunity to accelerate our product quality efforts as we continuously strive to elevate the luxury experience for our clients.”
Outside of work, Clark enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and two dogs. As a family, they enjoy traveling and exploring new destinations, including road trips in the lower 48 states, cruising to Alaska, and helping her college roommate update their 18th century chateau near Bordeaux in France.
