Molly Cosgrove

Molly Cosgrove is the brand manager for the Lincoln Navigator, monitoring the sales and growth of the current product while also heading the launch strategy for the all-new 2018 Navigator, which goes on sale later this year.

Her role is interdisciplinary, as she works with groups both external and internal to coordinate communications among design, engineering and advertising to ensure the product is promoted to the client in the best way possible.

For Cosgrove, who earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Business at University of Massachusetts, the position a perfect fit.

“I really feel like I have one of the coolest jobs at Lincoln,” she says.” “I work with so many people who are smart and collaborative and there’s just the right amount of competitiveness here – they’re always willing to help each other out, but we’re always pushing each other to go further and do the best job possible.”

Add to that the growing portfolio of luxury automobiles she’s oversees, and the job is practically customized to her interests.

“Working for Lincoln is a great example of taking risks and trying different things,” she says. “It’s fun to work on a team where everyone is willing to do that, and provide surprise and delight features – like pickup and delivery – to offer a more human and personal experience.”

The fact that her role is a challenge is what Cosgrove says makes it fun – making sure her team can impact the trajectory of the plan and the product, and showcase to the public the journey Lincoln has been on.

When she’s not at work, Cosgrove loves exploring Detroit and the many restaurants the city has to offer.

A fitness buff, she enjoys outdoor activities like rock-climbing and bicycling – especially urban cycling around the city.
