USAA, a leading financial services provider to the U.S. military community and their families, recently named the 2014 Lincoln MKZ to its fourth-annual Best Value vehicles list, which identifies the top 2014 vehicles in their respective categories based on the proprietary USAA Preferred vehicle rating system.

The 2014 Lincoln MKZ is the top vehicle in the Midsize Luxury category, recognized for offering fuel efficiency and superior safety.

Best Value automobiles offer the best financial value of all vehicles USAA evaluates as part of a broader rating system called USAA Preferred, which uses quantitative data to evaluate vehicles’ safety, reliability and affordability, among other key factors. A total of 24 vehicles are currently designated as USAA Preferred vehicles, and the Best Value list represents the top-rated vehicles in each category.

The front-wheel drive version of the 2014 Lincoln MKZ equipped with the standard 2.0-liter EcoBoost^® engine has EPA-estimated fuel economy of 22 mpg city and 33 mpg highway. It received a Top Safety Pick⁺ rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
