As today’s full supermoon lights up the sky, Lincoln Black Label celebrates 10 years of specially curated interior experiences with the launch of a new theme. Moonbeam is the newest Lincoln Black Label theme inspired by the tranquility of a lunar landscape coming to the new 2025 Aviator.
“From its inception, Lincoln Black Label has been a differentiator for the brand with meticulous design elements and elevated services only accessible with Lincoln Black Label,” said Megan McKenzie, Head of U.S. Marketing, Lincoln. “These specially designed interior themes and experiences are inspired by the love of travel, the arts, culture, architecture, and more, representing the very best of Lincoln and elevating the ownership experience.”
Available on the Nautilus, Aviator and Navigator, Black Label contributed more than 13 percent of total Lincoln SUV sales through the third quarter of this year and is key to welcoming new clients to the brand.
Moonbeam: An Immersive Experience
Launching on the new 2025 Lincoln Black Label Aviator, Moonbeam takes inspiration from the beauty of space travel and the moon. It evokes a sense of aspiration, enlightenment, and the transformative power of exploration. The design, influenced by the moon's glow and textures, features a new light green moonbeam color, reminiscent of a moon glow, accented with dark green piping. This creates a serene and sophisticated interior that is both elegant and inviting.
The Moonbeam theme features light green leather seating surfaces with a perforated leather design inspired by a shooting star trail and a laser engraved moon ash applique, creating a pattern reminiscent of the moon’s surface texture over open pore khaya wood. The organic form of the laser design reflects the ethereal glow of the moon.
For a decade, Lincoln Black Label has created sanctuaries of bespoke comfort and inspired design with a collection of themes. Each theme is inspired by a unique narrative designed to evoke an experience that is uniquely Lincoln, using the finest materials such as premium Venetian leathers and designer woods. Designers tend to the smallest details – from intricate laser-etched wood designs to unique stitching and perforation on the premium leathers – all coming together to bring warmth, comfort and a true feeling of luxury.
“This year we celebrate a decade of Black Label and take a look at the 19 unique themes offered over the years and coming to our Lincoln portfolio,” said Marcia Salzberg, Lincoln senior color and materials designer. “We’ll continue to evolve our ultimate in Lincoln luxury based on trends and the changing environment, and ultimately draw inspiration from our clients.”
