Brett Lehman, the brand manager for the Lincoln Nautilus, leads the overall marketing strategy for the brand's two-row SUV.
Lehman joined Ford in 2019 in the Ford College Graduates program, spending his first five years in the West Market Area as a Zone Manager in the Phoenix Region, with time in both Sales and Service, before moving to the Seattle Region as a Network Development Specialist. Prior to his current role, he was the Assistant Marketing Manager working with the Aviator and Navigator providing go-to-market support.

Lehman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Kalamazoo College.
