Dianne Craig is president of Lincoln, effective Dec. 1, 2022, responsible for growing Lincoln as a world-class, luxury brand and leading its transformation towards a fully electrified future. Craig oversees Lincoln operations globally, including product development, marketing and sales and service. She reports to Jim Farley, Ford president and CEO.
With a more than 30-year career in automotive, Craig brings a diverse range of experience to Lincoln. Prior to her role as president of Lincoln, she served as president of the International Markets Group, Ford Blue, leading business unit operations for both dealer and distributor markets in over 100 countries across Africa, ASEAN, India, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand.
She has held a variety of sales and marketing positions, including advertising, product marketing, consumer incentives, field operations and dealer relations, all of which have helped her build deep relationships both at Ford and with the Dealers.
Craig has served as chief executive officer at FordDirect, leading the team responsible for bringing together digital, data and technology to deliver best-in-class marketing and advertising solutions to Ford and Lincoln dealers.
She has served as president and CEO of Ford of Canada, leading the company’s operations across the country, including its national headquarters, three regional offices, two branch offices, three vehicle assembly and manufacturing plants and two parts distribution centers. She was also Ford’s director of U.S. sales, responsible for all sales, field and distribution related matters.
Craig holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of New York and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
