Mike DeYoung, Head of Sales and Service for Lincoln is responsible for enhancing the retailer network while growing the brand’s sales and share as a luxury automotive brand in the U.S.
Previously, Mike served in the Ford Model e organization as the Senior Director of Sales and Merchandising, responsible for working with U.S. Ford Dealers to deliver the brand’s electric vehicle sales, share, profitability and compliance targets.
In 2024, Mike celebrated 27 years with Ford Motor Company, and has held various field positions across the U.S., along with management roles in Dearborn, MI.
Before joining the Model e team, Mike served as General Manager, Central Market Area, while previously leading the U.S. Lincoln field organization, its retail network teams and fleet service operations, after having served in regional management roles in Denver and Dallas. Mike has extensive experience in all aspects of Marketing and Sales, including Ford and Lincoln Sales, Electric Vehicles, Customer Service and Aftermarket Sales.
Born in Ann Arbor, MI, Mike attended Western Michigan University where he holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and their two daughters.
