Natalie Pascaretta, Lincoln media and strategy manager, is responsible for leading Lincoln marketing communications including the media planning, social, content, owner, and CRM.
Before her role as media and strategy manager, Pascaretta served in several roles within Ford Motor Company, including Model e CX manager leading differentiating post-purchase experiences for EV customers as well as leading media strategy and planning for Lincoln. Pascaretta’s career has included roles that have spanned sectors including automotive, mobility, entertainment, and healthcare with a focus on marketing, communications, and digital strategy.

Pascaretta has a bachelor of arts in marketing from Michigan State University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. Pascaretta has two boys and lives in Birmingham, MI.
